FORECAST: Good amounts of rain in spots

This afternoon & Thursday pieces of energy from an upper level trough over the Gulf will enhance rain & storm chances for everyone.
That trough moves away by the weekend allowing some sunshine to return and lower the rain chances.
Highs today will reach the mid to upper 80s .
